Following the PA Day Calendar for Simcoe County District School Board, PA Day Camps will be available to all children from JK - Grade 6.

Each camp is run by a wonderful group of volunteers, and will provide a variety of fun experiences for the students.

The PA Days for the 2017/2018 School Year are:

October 20th: I Am A Masterpiece (camp full)

  • Ephesians 2:10:For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

  • We will talk about being unique, strong, protected and created for a purpose. Because of this, we can pass on good things to others and be a positive influence on the world around us.

November 17th: Walk, Leap, Praise (camp full)

  • All that we do, we do in Jesus' name, with thanks to God.
  • We will talk about living our life the way that God wants us to, by following Jesus' example and all the while discovering that thanking God for all that He has done for us is easy when we see how much there is to celebrate.
  • Registration for Walk, Leap Praise is open until November 8th, or until we reach our quota of students.  Registration is full and now closed.

January 26th: We are One in the Spirit (Camp Full)

  • Learning about the History of Indigenous Canadians
  • We will make Bannock, Play traditional Inuit and First Nations Games, as well as complete the Blanket Exercise, as a way of visulalizing the resettlement of First Nations people through time.
  • Outdoor play will be featured in the morning, as well as a movie in the afternoon.
  • We believe that reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people in Canada requires us to learn and to take action. Through this activity, we are trying to encourage this process.

April 27th:  There will be no PA Day camp.  We look forward to seeing you again in May!
